Meet Coach Bryan
My coaching journey began in 2015 in California’s Coachella Valley, where I entered the fitness industry as a group fitness coach. I later had the opportunity to work at the Biggest Loser Resort in Palm Desert, helping people from across the country improve their health, rebuild their confidence, and discover what they were capable of achieving. Those early experiences taught me that great coaching goes far beyond writing workouts—it begins with building relationships and meeting people where they are.
Determined to deepen my knowledge, I attended Manchester University and earned my degree in Exercise Science, graduating cum laude. While there, I was selected to lead the strength and conditioning program for the university’s women’s volleyball team. I developed and implemented a comprehensive program focused on strength, movement quality, athletic performance, and injury reduction. That season, the team remained healthy and went on to win its first conference championship in more than a decade.
After graduating, I was selected for a highly competitive internship at Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning near Boston Massachusetts, one of the most respected performance facilities in the country. I was later hired as a full-time coach, continuing to work with general population but also working with middle school, high school, and collegiate athletes. I also assisted with the strength and conditioning program for Boston University hockey during a season in which the team finished fourth in the nation.
Today, I bring that experience home to Nexus Performance. My approach combines proven training principles with individualized coaching, genuine relationships, and a commitment to helping every person move better, become stronger, and perform with confidence. Whether I am coaching an adult who wants to improve their quality of life or an athlete pursuing the next level, my goal remains the same: to provide purposeful training that creates lasting results.
Who We Are
At Nexus Performance, we believe training should improve more than how you perform in the gym—it should improve how you move, feel, and live.
Our approach combines purposeful programming with personal coaching. Every workout is thoughtfully designed around fundamental movement patterns, progressive strength development, and real-world performance. We don’t believe in random workouts, one-size-fits-all programming, or pushing people to exhaustion simply for the sake of being tired.
Whether you’re an adult working toward greater strength and confidence or a young athlete preparing for competition, you deserve coaching that meets you where you are and helps you progress safely. Every exercise can be modified, progressed, or adapted to match your ability, experience, and goals.
At Nexus, strength is not reserved for a certain age or type of athlete. It is a foundation for healthier lives, greater resilience, and lasting performance.
Strength for every generation.
